Position Summary

The Revenue Management Graduate Rotational Program is a two‑year development program designed to cultivate future leaders within Revenue Management and Client Operations. Participants rotate through four core functional areas—Billing & eBilling, Collections, Revenue Management, and Client Operations—gaining hands‑on experience, structured mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership.

This role is ideal for early‑career professionals seeking a broad foundation in legal finance operations, revenue optimization, and client‑facing financial support within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Program Structure

  • Duration: 24 months
  • Rotations: Four rotations of approximately six months each
  • Functional Areas: Billing & eBilling, Collections, Revenue Management, Client Operations
  • Program Leadership: Billing Director, Revenue Director, Collections Director, and Client Operations Director
  • Performance Evaluation: Formal evaluation at the conclusion of each rotation
  • Development Support: Mentorship, quarterly feedback, and structured career development planning

Key Responsibilities

Rotation 1: Billing & eBilling

  • Support invoice preparation in compliance with firm and client‑specific billing guidelines
  • Gain exposure to billing platforms, including Aderant and BillBlast
  • Collaborate with attorneys and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing
  • Assist with issue resolution related to billing compliance and client requirements

Rotation 2: Collections

  • Support receivables management and client and partner outreach
  • Analyze aging reports and assist with dispute resolution
  • Learn cash‑flow optimization strategies and risk mitigation practices
  • Support client vendor onboarding and audit letter preparation

Rotation 3: Revenue Management

  • Assist with partner inventory meetings and matter management activities
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support revenue reporting and insight generation
  • Gain exposure to revenue forecasting, portfolio oversight, and performance tracking

Rotation 4: Client Operations

  • Participate in client onboarding processes and operational strategy discussions
  • Support client accruals, budget reporting, and workflow planning
  • Liaise with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure end‑to‑end portfolio visibility
  • Contribute to coordinated, client‑focused operational support initiatives

Performance & Development

  • Quarterly feedback and formal performance reviews
  • Evaluation across technical proficiency, communication, initiative, and adaptability
  • Ongoing mentorship from senior leaders throughout each rotation
  • Career development planning and final placement recommendations upon program completion


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Schedule:

This is a hybrid role which requires in-office attendance with the schedule set forth by the department.

Salary:

$55,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. The firm considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications
