Responsible for executing and supporting the total revenue optimization strategy at properties with a Director of Revenue. Collaborate across all disciplines and with the Revenue Lead (if applicable), General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Financial Controller, Channel Leaders and Corporate Revenue Leaders to drive, learn, and share total revenue optimization strategies to achieve property total revenue goals. Role includes execution of weekly RevMAX meetings, communication of revenue strategy to stakeholders, deployment of strategy, proficiency of detailed forecasting, budgeting, and multiple distribution channels, management of RMS where applicable, and leadership of revenue management hosts.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of revenue management leadership experience (preferably in the hospitality industry or another service industry) with proven experience and significant understanding of distribution, total revenue optimization marketing, administrative and businesses processes and forecasting and budgeting required.

While base pay starts at $61,000- $67,100, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
