The Revenue Manager for Levura Cior Hospitality is responsible for the strategic leadership of pricing, distribution, and financial forecasting across the portfolio. You will be tasked with outperforming the market (CompSet) by identifying micro-trends in Doha’s luxury segment. Your objective is to drive total revenue—integrating rooms, F&B, and spa—while ensuring that Levura Cior’s premium positioning is never compromised by "race-to-the-bottom" pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Yield Management: Develop and implement daily pricing strategies for various room categories, utilizing "Open Pricing" methods to capture maximum demand.
- Demand & Event Forecasting: Create precise 30-60-90 day forecasts, specifically accounting for Doha’s major events (Formula 1, Qatar Airways stopovers, and diplomatic summits).
- Channel Mix Optimization: Audit and manage all distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, Brand Web) to minimize commission costs and maximize direct booking incentives.
- TRevPAR Integration: Collaborate with F&B and Wellness managers to implement "Total Revenue Management," optimizing the profitability of all guest touchpoints.
- Competitive Intelligence: Utilize tools like STR and OTA Insight to monitor the "Levura Cior" competitive set in West Bay, Lusail, or Msheireb.
- Group & MICE Evaluation: Conduct displacement analysis for large group inquiries to ensure high-rated transient business is not displaced during peak Doha seasons.
- Budgeting & Planning: Lead the annual budget process, providing data-backed projections for revenue, occupancy, and ADR.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 6–10 years in Revenue Management, with at least 3 years in a luxury/boutique hospitality environment. Pre-opening experience in Doha is a significant advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or Business Analytics.
- Technical Skills:
- Systems: Mastery of Opera PMS and industry-leading RMS (e.g., IDeaS G3, Duetto, or Atomize).
- Data: Advanced Excel (modeling) and proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for executive reporting.
- Language: Professional English fluency is mandatory. Arabic or French is a strong plus for interacting with regional high-net-worth (HNW) segments.
- Soft Skills: A "Commercial Mindset"—the ability to see beyond the numbers to the guest experience and brand value.
