Revenue Manager

Job Description

SUMMARY
Converge Hospitality is seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee revenue strategy and performance across a portfolio of hotels. Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and executing pricing and inventory strategies to maximize RevPAR, profitability, and overall top-line performance. This role will collaborate closely with property-level teams, general managers, and the Vice President of Revenue Strategy to ensure each hotel is achieving optimal results and aligned with corporate goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and maintain strategic revenue management plans for each assigned property in collaboration with General Managers and corporate leadership.
  • Oversee the execution of pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, booking pace, and competitive data to inform pricing and forecasting decisions.
  • Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with property teams to review performance and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure effective utilization of brand or third-party revenue management systems and adherence to corporate standards.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align efforts toward achieving overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate group and transient business to maintain optimal rate positioning and market mix.
  • Identify demand drivers, capture market share, and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process, reforecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Develop and implement best practices, SOPs, and tools to standardize revenue management across the portfolio.
  • Manage rate parity, channel profitability, and content accuracy on third-party distribution channels.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all revenue systems.
  • Participate in ownership meetings, pre-opening planning, and new hotel onboarding.
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence through regular hotel visits and communication with teams.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

  • Expert knowledge of revenue management principles, forecasting, and distribution strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve results.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions with limited supervision.

EDUCATION
Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of five years of relevant hotel revenue management experience required; prior regional or multi-property experience preferred. Experience with major hotel brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton) preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No direct supervisory responsibilities.

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
Valid driver’s license required.
