We’re Hiring | Revenue Manager – 4 Star Hotel (Dubai)
We are looking for a hands-on Revenue Manager to join our 4-star hotel team in Dubai.
Role Objective
To manage and maximize hotel revenue through strategic pricing, demand management, and inventory control, while achieving the optimal balance between Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR in line with the hotel’s market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across FIT, Corporate, Wholesale, and OTA channels
- Analyze daily and seasonal demand, market trends, and competitor performance
- Manage inventory and rate parity (CTA, CTD, LOS)
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts
- Lead Revenue & Sales alignment and strategy meetings
- Support Sales with clear and actionable contracted rates (Flash Sales, FIT, Corporate)
- Monitor performance indicators: Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Pickup & Pace
- Work hands-on with systems including:
- PMS: Prologic (mandatory)
- Channel Manager
- OTA extranets (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda)
- Rate shopper / BI tools
- Ensure fast decision-making and avoid sales disruption caused by internal delays
- Prepare clear, actionable reports for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Administration
- 3–5 years of Revenue Management experience in 4- or 5-star hotels
- Strong knowledge of Leisure, FIT, and Wholesale markets
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

- Hands-on, practical approach (not theoretical)
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the Dubai or GCC market
- Exposure to Travel Agents & Tour Operators
- Strong background in base business and flash sales
