We are now expanding our structured CSP (Corporate Service Provider) referral channel and B2C business setup across the UAE.
Role Summary
We are hiring a Revenue Manager – Business Setup to build and scale a high-performing referral ecosystem of CSP’s, business setup consultants and PRO firms across UAE. In addition, the role will oversee direct B2C business setup sales. This role carries direct revenue ownership.
The successful candidate will:
Build structured referral agreements
Activate and manage CSP relationships Drive consistent deal flow for DWTC and Mainland licenses
Convert partner relationships into predictable monthly revenue
Identify, engage, and successfully convert B2C clients into closed sales. This is a field-driven, performance-based sales role for someone who thrives on targets, partnerships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development & Partner Acquisition Identify, approach, and onboard CSPs, business setup consultants, PRO firms and B2C clients across UAE.
Position Sentinel as the preferred partner for DWTC free zone and mainland licensing. Negotiate referral structures and commercial agreements.
Build a structured, tiered CSP network. Revenue Ownership Generate qualified leads for: o DWTC Free Zone licenses o Mainland licenses o Co-working solutions
Ensure referred leads convert into signed clients. Work closely with internal operations and sales teams to close deals efficiently.
Maintain responsibility for monthly revenue targets. Partner Relationship Management Conduct regular partner visits and meetings.
Educate CSP’s on Sentinel offerings. Provide fast response and deal support.
Build long-term loyalty and repeat referrals. Market Intelligence Track competitor pricing and commission structures.
Gather insights from CSP ecosystem. Identify new growth opportunities within SME-driven markets. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting. Submit weekly performance updates.
Track partner performance and referral volumes. Ideal Candidate Profile 3–7 years of B2B sales or channel sales experience
Prior UAE experience is preferred Strong existing network with CSPs, business setup firms, or PRO companies
Experience in serviced offices, free zones, licensing, or corporate services preferred Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements
Field-oriented, target-driven personality
