Our mission is to maximize property performance through professional revenue management, dynamic pricing, and hotel-level operational standards. We are actively expanding and looking for a dedicated Revenue Manager to optimize pricing, occupancy, and overall portfolio profitability.
Role Overview
This is a performance-critical role responsible for maximizing revenue across our portfolio through dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and data-driven strategy.
You will directly influence revenue performance, ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and overall profitability.
This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone analytical, proactive, and obsessed with optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dynamic pricing across Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct channels
- Optimize ADR, occupancy rate, and RevPAR across all properties
- Analyze market demand, seasonality, events, and competitor pricing
- Continuously adjust pricing strategy based on performance and market trends
- Identify revenue opportunities and underperforming listings
- Recommend minimum stay strategies, gap filling, and booking window optimization
- Monitor daily pickup, pacing, and forward occupancy
- Optimize listing performance and revenue conversion
- Optimize listing promotions and OTA performance
- Work with tools such as PriceLabs or similar
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to improve overall performance
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
KPIs You Will Be Responsible For
- Revenue growth per unit

- Reduction of empty nights
- Portfolio revenue growth
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Proven experience managing pricing for Airbnb / STR / hotels
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with dynamic pricing tools (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, etc.)
- Strong understanding of supply, demand, and pricing psychology
- Experience managing multiple units simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
Highly Preferred:
- Experience managing STR portfolio of 50+ units
- Experience in Dubai STR market
- Experience with PMS systems (Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, etc.)
- Hotel revenue management background
- Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
