Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Rev Ops Analyst to join our team at 360Pack. This role will report to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and is ideal for someone passionate about bridging marketing operations with revenue generation, sustainability, and eager to build hands-on experience in operationalizing lead flows in a dynamic, growth-stage environment. As the Rev Ops Analyst, you will lead the setup and integration of top-of-funnel inbound lead programs into our CRM and revenue model, while contributing to marketing plan development, asset management, and performance tracking to drive efficient, scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on developing and refining the annual marketing plan, incorporating operational workflows for lead generation and revenue alignment.
  • Set up and operationalize inbound lead programs from diverse sources, including websites, media channels, vendor referrals, customer referrals, association partnerships, online marketplaces, and contract lead gen providers, ensuring seamless integration into our CRM (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot or similar) and revenue model.
  • Design and manage scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools to track lead flow, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Support the execution of top-of-the-funnel marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and project marketplaces, with a focus on lead capture, nurturing, and handoff to sales.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets (e.g., templates, collateral, content libraries) while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating trade shows, promotional events (virtual or in-person), and multi-channel campaigns, including post-event lead integration and follow-up workflows.
  • Analyze performance data from campaigns and lead sources using tools like Google Analytics, providing recommendations to enhance revenue generation processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience and/or interest in CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce), data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI), and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and lead management (e.g., social media tools like Hootsuite, email platforms like Mailchimp, or basic SEO concepts).
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a knack for process mapping and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Google Workspace).
  • Passion for sustainability, eco-friendly initiatives, and driving revenue through operational excellence.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with marketing automation, referral program management, or dashboard building is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
