Revenue Operations Analyst

The Mandate
Seam Track Solutions is seeking a sharp, data-driven Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst to join our commercial team in Muttrah. In this role, you will be responsible for breaking down silos between departments to create a seamless, transparent revenue engine. We are looking for an analyst who can transform raw data into actionable insights, helping our leadership team identify growth opportunities and optimize the efficiency of our sales and marketing funnels.

Core Responsibilities

• Funnel Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze the entire customer lifecycle—from lead generation to retention—identifying bottlenecks and recommending data-backed solutions to improve conversion rates.
• Revenue Forecasting: Build and maintain sophisticated forecasting models to provide leadership with predictable insights into monthly and quarterly revenue performance.
• CRM Governance: Act as the primary administrator for our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, automating workflows, and developing customized dashboards for different stakeholders.
• Incentive & Commission Modeling: Collaborate with Finance and Sales to design and track sales incentive plans, ensuring they align with company revenue targets and are calculated accurately.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support pricing strategies and identify new revenue streams within the Omani and regional markets.
• Cross-Functional Reporting: Synthesize data from sales, marketing, and customer success into unified "Executive Health" reports for the board and management.

Professional Profile

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics) and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to "tell a story" using complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics or recurring revenue models.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly valued for interpreting local market nuances.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
