About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Associate . In this role, you will ensure operational efficiency, quality assurance, and process consistency across Sales, Account Management, and Onboarding teams. You will monitor performance, optimize workflows, and support alignment across revenue functions to drive growth and enhance the customer lifecycle experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across Sales, Account Management, and Onboarding processes to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Support process alignment and optimization across revenue functions, ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent practices throughout the customer journey.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks on CRM entries, client-facing interactions, and operational workflows for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and standardize best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide operational insights that support data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Operations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or process optimization, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and operational platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and support cross-regional teams.
  • Native Arabic Speaker
  • Fluent in English
