About the Opportunity

Elm Street Technology is a growing SaaS technology company seeking a contract Revenue Operations Developer to support critical business systems, automation initiatives, reporting, analytics, and web properties. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career developer who enjoys solving business problems, building practical solutions, and seeing the direct impact of their work.

You will work closely with Revenue Operations leadership to develop internal tools, automate workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and support websites and marketing technology initiatives across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain internal tools that automate Revenue Operations workflows and improve team efficiency.

· Develop integrations between business systems, CRMs, marketing platforms, support tools, and other applications using APIs.

· Create reporting automations, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support business decision-making.

· Extend and enhance an internal Business Intelligence platform built with React, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel.

· Support and maintain company websites, landing pages, and digital marketing initiatives.

· Implement and manage analytics tracking, conversion tracking, and SEO-related enhancements.

· Develop scripts, automations, and solutions that save business teams time and improve operational efficiency.

· Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and problem solving.

· Partner directly with business leaders to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

· 1–3 years of software development experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects.

· Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React.

· Experience building or maintaining websites using WordPress and/or modern JavaScript frameworks.

· Experience working with APIs and integrating systems.

· Basic SQL and database knowledge.

· Familiarity with Git, source control, and modern deployment workflows.

· Experience using AI coding assistants or AI development tools in a real workflow.

· Strong communication skills and a business-minded approach to problem solving.

Preferred Experience

· Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations experience.

· Supabase, PostgreSQL, Vercel, or similar platforms.

· Business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or dashboard development.

· CRM, advertising platform, billing, or support system integrations.

· Python scripting and automation.

· SaaS, marketing technology, or real estate technology industry experience.

Contract Details

· Remote (U.S.-based)

· Contract assignment anticipated to run approximately 90-120 days

· Full-time commitment preferred (approximately 40 hours per week)

· Immediate start desired

· Opportunity to train directly with the current team member prior to an upcoming family leave, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of support

· Compensation budget: $8,000-$10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications

· Potential for extension based on business needs and performance
