About the role

You will be the primary RevOps partner to our commercial leadership. You will provide data-driven insights on key commercial KPIs related to productivity. Your responsibilities include global revenue forecasting, supported by a consistent forecasting cadence and pipeline management process.


You will be a catalyst for change, working closely with the VP of Sales and Head of Growth to lead company-wide Go-To-Market initiatives such as sales pipeline planning, verticalization, and customer segmentation. You will play a critical role in operationalizing the Commercial strategy by implementing process and structural improvements, leading cross-functional projects, and fostering close collaboration with stakeholders across different departments, including Product and Marketing.

In this role, you’ll be doing:

  • Pipeline management & sales forecasting: drive accurate revenue and go-live date forecasting through disciplined pipeline management.
  • Sales account planning, verticalization & segmentation: support the commercial team in strategic account planning and implementing effective vertical and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Sales enablement & performance scaling: assess sales executives’ performance to identify opportunities for growth and help scale already launched merchants.
  • Commercial reporting & insights: prepare and deliver actionable commercial reports and insights to support business discussions, including QBRs.
  • Stakeholder communication & influence: present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, driving data-driven decision-making and actions.
  • Customer journey & process improvement: map the customer journey and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales tools & systems management: oversee and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data hygiene, proper configuration, and accurate reporting.

Here are the qualities we're seeking in the perfect candidate:

  • 3–4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Revenue/Business Operations, Strategy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, CRM management experience, and strong analytical abilities.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, customer journey mapping, and sales processes is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver strategic, data-driven recommendations and engage in productive discussions with leaders.
  • Comfortable interacting with executives and leading cross-functional projects, with a strong determination to collaborate.
  • Ability to confidently and calmly navigate a fast-paced environment.
