Job Summary

Our client a leading organization with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services and innovative solutions across the region. They are dedicated to maintaining excellence in hospitality operations and are currently seeking a skilled Revenue & Reservation Manager to join their team in Qatar.

Location: Qatar
Salary: QAR 8,000 per month (Accommodation and transportation provided by the company)
Working Days: 6 days per week
Other Benefits: As per Qatar Labor Law

Role overview:-

We are seeking an experienced Revenue & Reservation Manager to join a leading hospitality group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing revenue management strategies and processes to optimize hotel performance and maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee hotel revenue management and distribution strategy.
  • Conduct daily pick-up analysis, forecast updates, and competitive benchmark studies.
  • Develop and execute effective pricing and yield strategies.
  • Manage all third-party distribution channels.
  • Monitor and analyze hotel performance, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Supervise and audit the reservations department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date website booking processes and reservation systems.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Front Office teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and manage annual revenue budgets.
  • Train and guide reservations staff on company policies and systems.

Required Skills

  • Strong business development and commercial acumen.

  • Proficient in Opera and Excel.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on Marriott Hotel experience in Revenue and Reservation Management.
  • Deep understanding of hotel revenue systems, reporting, and data analytics.
