Company Information: Antheia is an intimate boutique resort at Pawna Lake, offering a unique escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. We are just 2.5 hours away from Mumbai, 1.5 hours from Pune and 45 mins from Lonavala. We are spread across 3 acres of area, have 3 types of accommodation and currently have 7 keys/ 9 rooms along with the banquet and restaurant facility.

Position Overview: This position drives daily revenue targets by executing revenue focused strategies across pricing, distribution and sales conversion, while protecting brand standards and guest experience through disciplined reporting, quality controls and cross functional execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross functional teams and Leadership to achieve daily revenue targets and drive topline growth across all channels.
2. Monitor call quality, response time, conversions, productivity and reporting accuracy, then course correct through daily action plans.
3. Manage call escalations, resolve issues in line with brand standards and document closures with clear next steps.
4. Lead teams through training and performance reviews, close execution gaps, protect brand standards and step in operationally when required.
5. Identify untapped revenue opportunities, convert them into execution ready strategies, train teams on implementation and ensure adoption with measurable outcomes.
6. Track historical, current and forward booking trends to anticipate seasonal demand and pickup, collaborate with Marketing and OTA teams, and convert insights into pricing decisions, revenue strategy, packages and focused sales actions to consistently achieve targets.
7. Own and grow the MICE and Events segment through targeted packages, strategic partnerships and disciplined sales execution to drive consistent revenue.
8. Track & maintain arrival report on real time basis.

Educational Qualification:
-Degree/ Diploma in Hotel/ Hospitality Management.
-Business Administration with hotel sales exp.

Experience In Years: 3 to 7 years

Industry Experience: Hotel Industry.

Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi

Fixed Pay (Monthly): Rs. 30,000 - 35,000

Variable Pay (Monthly): Target linked variable pay applies.
