Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated reviews, comments, and multimedia content across various social media platforms and review sites to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Utilize social listening tools to track brand mentions, sentiment trends, and emerging issues that require prompt attention.
• Collaborate with content creators and community managers to address flagged content swiftly and effectively.
• Apply SEO best practices to optimize review visibility and engagement while maintaining authenticity.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to create visual content that enhances moderation efforts or supports brand campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts using Hootsuite, Buffer, and other social media management tools to schedule posts, respond to inquiries, and monitor engagement metrics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
• Proofread and edit responses to reviews or comments for clarity, tone, and professionalism.
• Support public relations initiatives by managing online reputation through strategic content creation and relationship management with key influencers.
• Assist in branding efforts by ensuring consistent messaging across all digital channels related to reviews and community interactions. Qualifications
• Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or online community management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, web analytics, and social listening tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with social media management applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer (or similar platforms).
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in content creation and editing.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience in branding, public relations, or e-commerce environments is a plus.
• Strong relationship management skills to engage effectively with users, influencers, and internal teams.
