Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven Architect to join our team in Muscat. The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering a wide range of architectural projects, spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and mixed-use developments. The ideal applicant should be capable of managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring high design standards, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with consultants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs across various building types, including homes, offices, hotels, retail outlets, and public facilities.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants to deliver well-integrated project solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions, oversee construction progress, and verify adherence to approved plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Omani building codes, zoning laws, and relevant safety standards.
• Engage with clients and project stakeholders to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Assist in the preparation of BOQs, tender documentation, and technical packages as required.
• Stay updated on current trends in architecture, materials, sustainability practices, and regional design innovations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 4 to 10 years of relevant experience across a variety of project types.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and regional regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused approach to design challenges.
