Michael Marshall Design Architecture, LLC is an architectural and engineering consultancy providing architectural design and engineering consultancy services across the UAE and the wider MENA region. Our Dubai office operates within a structured, BIM-driven environment, delivering technically rigorous architectural projects with a strong focus on quality, coordination, and compliance with local authority requirements.

We are currently seeking a Revit Architectural Draftsman to join our Dubai office.

Role Overview

The Revit Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for producing accurate, coordinated architectural drawings and Revit models, supporting projects across multiple design stages including concept, schematic, detailed design, tender, and construction.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, with the ability to translate design intent into clear, buildable, and authority-compliant documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit as the primary production tool.
• Prepare architectural documentation, including: Plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules, Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, Tender, and IFC drawings
• Assist in setting up and managing Revit models (levels, grids, views, sheets, and families).
• Translate design intent into accurate, coordinated, and buildable construction drawings.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultant disciplines.
• Update and revise drawings based on internal reviews, client feedback, and authority comments.
• Assist in preparing drawings for submissions to Dubai authorities and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Maintain organized drawing registers and proper document control.
• Support BIM coordination and assist in resolving technical and coordination issues.
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE building codes, local regulations, and authority standards.
• Follow Michael Marshall Design Architecture quality standards and project deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman in an architectural consultancy or design office.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
• Experience producing architectural drawings for permit and construction stages.
• Hospital project experience is a plus.
• Interior design drafting experience is a plus (interior layouts, details, and schedules).
• Basic understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and building systems.
• Familiarity with UAE / Dubai authority submission requirements is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet project deadlines.
