Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit – Façade Designer to join our team. The role requires strong expertise in BIM modeling, Revit family creation, and façade design, with the ability to deliver precise 3D models and high-quality shop drawings. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to develop innovative, efficient, and compliant façade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate BIM models for façade and curtain wall systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Create, manage, and maintain custom Revit families for façade components.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models for façade projects.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure project deliverables align with specifications.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects.
• Detect and resolve clashes within BIM models using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to propose design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and international façade standards.
• Provide technical input and value engineering options to optimize façade designs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and version control of BIM files.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in façade design and BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
• Proven experience in Revit family creation for façade and aluminum systems.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems: curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, skylights.
• Familiarity with international façade and construction standards.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred

• Experience in parametric façade modeling.
• Knowledge of Dynamo scripting for Revit automation.
• Previous experience with façade consultancy or aluminum/fabrication companies.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
