Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Revit Manager who is responsible for overseeing the use of Revit software, managing drafting projects, creating families, setting office standards, and coordinating with design teams. The role includes the development and implementation of operational strategies that enhances productivity and efficiency within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage Revit standards, ensuring adherence to company standards and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to create detailed families and drafting efficiencies.
  • Utilize software tools such as Revit, Sketchup, and Enscape for design and visualization.
  • Implement project management methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project progress and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural principles and construction regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape software
  • Experience in managing drafting standards and regulations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet project deadlines
  • Experience in the architecture or engineering industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred

Experience

  • Proven experience in office standards, family creation, template creation is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members professionally.
  • A background in project management methodologies will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
