Revit MEP Modeler/ BIM Modeler

We are seeking for talented young aspirant who want to grow their career in MEP BIM Modeling. Candidates who are willing to work in a challenging environment with an ability to provide innovative skill set. local candidate will get the first priority.

Qualification & Experience Required:

>Diploma/B.E in Electrical, Mechanical

>3-5 years’ experience.

>Extensive experience in the use of Autodesk software’s such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD >an understanding of industry wide BIM standards

>BIM Modelling and drawing extraction

>Able to develop concept ideas into drawing details

Skill Set Required:

• Proficiency in BIM, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, LISP
• Ability to create parametric families.
• Creating Dynamo Scripts for Revit
• Understand and work as per BIM Manual/Project Standards.
• Effective communication in English.
• Understand and work ad per BIM manual/ project standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the production of works.

2. Responsible for quality and quantity of work done.

3. Documentation of the project files.

4. Direct responsibilities given during the course of time by managers.

5. Drawing or detail production from engineering sketches or calculations

6. Making sure drawing production follows company standards

7. Clash detection, resolution and reporting ensuring a coordinated design

8. Reviewing model/drawings to check compliance with design

9. Responsible for ensuring delivery of model or drawing to agreed project programs with quality

10. Capable of working independently or with minimal supervision

11. Taking ownership of the model or drawing

12. Participation in computational workshops and presentations Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
