Calibre Tour is a well-established travel agency, bringing 10,000–15,000 pax annually from the ME Markets to Turkey.

We work extensively with hotels in Antalya, Marmaris, Bodrum, Izmir, and Istanbul.

We are looking for an experienced Reservation Officer to join our growing team.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Manage hotel and service reservations
• Create, amend, and cancel bookings accurately
• Coordinate with hotels and suppliers for availability and confirmations
• Update reservations in internal systems and extranets
• Handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests
• Communicate with sales and operations teams
• Ensure accuracy of rates, dates, and room details

🧩 Requirements

• Previous experience in reservations or travel agency operations
• Good knowledge of hotel reservation processes
• Familiarity with hotel extranets and reservation systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Team-oriented and service-focused attitude
