We are seeking a skilled
RF / Network Application Engineer
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for
designing, deploying, and optimizing wireless networks
in real-world field environments. The ideal candidate combines strong RF fundamentals with hands-on deployment experience and practical problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design and plan wireless network deployments using mmWave and microwave technologies

Conduct site surveys, LOS analysis, and feasibility studies

Deploy, configure, and commission wireless backhaul and access solutions in the field

Perform RF optimization, including link budgets, antenna alignment, and performance tuning

Troubleshoot and resolve RF, network, and deployment issues in live environments

Provide technical support to customers, field engineers, and operations teams
-
Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Operations teams to improve solutions and deployment practices

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including designs, test results, and close-out reports
Requirements
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field

Experience in RF design, wireless network planning, or field deployment

Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage client interactions professionally

Familiarity with mmWave, WiGig (802.11ad/ay), microwave, or wireless backhaul technologies
-
Strong understanding of RF propagation, link budgeting, and interference analysis

Hands-on experience with IP networking, switches, routers, VLANs, and basic L2/L3 concepts

Experience with RF planning or simulation tools is a plus

Willingness to travel and work in field environments (towers, rooftops, customer sites)
The candidate must have hands-on experience across the five key stages of the project management lifecycle:
Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closure
, with proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and ensure successful delivery.
