Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive RFP Analyst / Government Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end government tendering activities. The role involves identifying and analysing government RFPs, preparing technical proposals and compliance documentation, and supporting business development initiatives. The position also requires PAN-India travel for client interactions, project assessment, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track government RFPs/tenders through GeM, e-procurement portals, and other relevant platforms
- Analyse tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and compliance requirements
- Prepare and submit technical proposals, bid documents, and supporting annexures
- Manage end-to-end tender documentation including compliance, safety, and statutory documents
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and partners for timely bid submissions
- Maintain a repository of tender documents, formats, and approvals
- Support new business development initiatives, project scouting, and proposal planning
- Assist in pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and post-submission follow-ups
- Travel across India for client meetings, project evaluations, and stakeholder coordination as required
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing / Management / MSW)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Swachh Bharat Mission–Urban (SBM-U) projects
- Proven hands-on experience in government tendering, RFP documentation, and compliance management
- Strong research, analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online procurement portals
- Willingness to travel across India

- Familiarity with urban development, sanitation, and government programs
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
