RFQ & Documentation Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering,
• Good command of MS Office apps, experience with JIRA, SAP or equivalent,
• Preferably with work experience in automotive industry having knowledge of IATF 16949,
• Familiarity with industrial automation components (motors, sensors, pneumatic equipment, etc.),
• Preferably has knowledge and experience in industrial automation projects and special purpose machinery,
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Strong analytical thinking, solution oriented and good at work follow up,
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and proactive work style.

Job Descriptions

• Preparing machine instructions, user manual, maintenance guide, spare part lists, supporting CE, TSE, ISO or UL certification process, packaging details and track document revisions,
• Preparing, updating & archiving all R&D technical documentation, recording know-how by preparing technical docs, design guide, design rules, check lists, standardization & annual reports etc.,
• Reviewing RFQs, SOWs, Technical Specifications & Customer Requirements for new industrial automation projects, identifying critical points, collaborating with design & purchasing teams and preparing feasibility report,
• Planning & tracking the task & due dates of R&D projects according to priorities & deadlines using JIRA or equivalent software for task & project management,
• Leading & preparing the related documents derived from engineering methodologies like DFMEA (if needed),
• Responsible for NCR, ECR/ECN management (if needed).
