Rheumatologist

```Duties:```
- Diagnose and treat patients with rheumatic diseases, such as arthritis, lupus, and fibromyalgia
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and laboratory tests
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals
- Prescribe medications and recommend lifestyle modifications to manage symptoms and improve quality of life
- Perform joint injections and other procedures to alleviate pain and inflammation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in rheumatology to provide evidence-based care

```Skills:```
- Strong clinical skills in rheumatology diagnosis and treatment
- Experience administering injections, including joint injections
- Proficiency in medical coding and documentation for accurate billing and reimbursement
- Ability to perform minor procedures, such as joint aspirations or synovial fluid analysis
- Knowledge of acute care management for patients experiencing rheumatic flares or complications
- Familiarity with health coaching techniques to support patients in self-management of their condition
- Experience working with nursing home residents or providing geriatric rheumatology care is a plus
- Knowledge of esthetic laser treatment or dermal fillers for cosmetic purposes is a plus

This position requires a Rheumatologist who is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients with rheumatic diseases. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong knowledge base in rheumatology, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
