Position: Rice Analyzing Expert / Rice Quality AnalystJob Responsibilities:

• Analyze rice quality (Basmati & Non-Basmati) including:
• Grain length, broken percentage, chalkiness, moisture, purity
• Conduct physical and laboratory testing of rice samples
• Ensure rice quality meets export standards and buyer specifications
• Prepare detailed quality inspection & analysis reports
• Monitor quality during procurement, processing, and shipment
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and export teams
• Ensure compliance with PSQCA, ISO, HACCP, and international standards
• Identify quality issues and suggest corrective actions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in rice analysis / rice mill / export firm
• Strong knowledge of rice grading, quality parameters, and testing methods
• Experience with export-quality rice inspection preferred
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or related field (preferred)
