Ride Operator

Operate rides and attractions according to company safety guidelines.

Ensure the safety and security of all guests before, during, and after the ride.

Provide clear instructions and assistance to guests boarding and exiting rides.

Monitor ride operation, report malfunctions, and immediately notify maintenance staff if required.

Perform daily safety checks and follow operational procedures.

Manage queues and assist with crowd control to ensure smooth guest flow.

Deliver excellent customer service by answering guest questions and handling concerns politely.

Enforce all park rules and safety regulations consistently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the ride area.

Support other team members and assist during emergencies if needed.
