Job Title: Ride Technician

Location: Rota International, Doha.

Job Type: Contract

We’re looking for a skilled Ride Technician with a passion for amusement rides and at least three years of experience in ride maintenance to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on all amusement rides and attractions to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly to minimize ride downtime.
• Perform pre-opening and closing checks to ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure all rides meet safety and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs performed on rides.
• Respond quickly and effectively to ride malfunctions and emergency situations.
• Assist in the installation and dismantling of new rides and attractions as required.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to create a safe environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in ride maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations with composure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
