Rider

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, fast, and safety-conscious Delivery Motorcycle Rider to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting packages/food from our location to customers, adhering to strict safety standards, and ensuring a 5-star customer experience. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who loves to ride and knows the city well.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Orders: Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers in a timely manner within a designated radius.

Safety First: Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety standards, and company delivery procedures.

Navigation: Use GPS or mobile apps to find the most efficient routes to avoid traffic and delays.

Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly service to customers, obtaining signatures or proof of delivery when required.

Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain your motorcycle in good working condition and conduct routine inspections before/after shifts.

Documentation: Handle invoice discrepancies, complete delivery logs, and manage payment collections (cash/digital).

Package Handling: Properly secure items in the delivery box to prevent damage during transit.

Requirements:

License: Valid motorcycle driving license with a clean riding record.

Experience: Proven experience as a delivery rider or courier is preferred.

Vehicle: Must have your own reliable motorcycle, valid insurance, and registration. (If company bike, change to: Valid licensing to operate company motorcycle).

Local Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local roads and navigation systems.

Equipment: A smartphone with a data plan for navigation and app-based ordering.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ﷼1,500.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per month
