Rigger

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and prepare lifting equipment before operations
• Attach loads to cranes and lifting devices safely using slings, chains, and hooks
• Guide crane operators using standard hand signals and communication methods
• Ensure loads are properly balanced and secured before lifting
• Assist in loading, unloading, and moving heavy materials at the site
• Follow lifting plans and safety procedures at all times
• Check lifting gear and report any damages or defects
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Coordinate with supervisors, crane operators, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and UAE regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Rigger in construction or industrial projects
• Knowledge of lifting tools and rigging equipment
• Familiarity with safety standards and lifting operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Rigger certification will be an advantage
