About the Role

We’re looking for a Risk Analyst to join our growing Risk Management team and support daily operations. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn the mechanics of risk control in a fast-paced brokerage environment, gain exposure to financial markets, and contribute to the firm’s enterprise risk framework. You’ll work closely with trading, operations, and technology teams to make sure our risk systems, reports, and data stay accurate, timely, and actionable.

What You’ll Do

• Help calculate and monitor Key Risk Indicators and risk metrics for client portfolios.
• Support stress testing and what-if analyses of positions using SPAN and internal tools.
• Collect and structure risk data from multiple risk systems for weekly and monthly reporting.
• Assist with margin call monitoring, reconciliation, and maintenance of the internal Risk Journal.
• Maintain incident and issue logs in to the firm’s ERM system.
• Participate in client risk categorization and regular updates of exposure summaries.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support for internal strategic projects.
• Collaborate with developers and operations to test new risk controls and system improvements.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in risk management, operations, or data analysis (internships or projects count!).
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Python, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive – you take ownership of your work and like solving problems.
• Comfortable working with data, learning new systems, and communicating across departments.
