Risk Analyst II Part Time

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Risk Analyst II to join our Compliance team. In this pivotal role, you will identify potential risks to Abbey and our members. You will assist the Compliance department by completing daily reports and duties. This is a part time position with an average of 25 hours per week. Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. File and follow up on all disputes made by members on debit cards.

2. Review debit card renewals and ensure we are not renewing cards that should have been closed, or cards on closed accounts

3. Review the compromised VISA card report and reach out to members who may have had their information compromised.

4. Complete all SSA/Medicaid Asset verifications.

5. Work dormant accounts by reaching out to members by phone, email and mail to ensure they are keeping their accounts active. Ask fact-finding questions to see why use of their account has occurred. Complete dormant account report at the end of each month.

6. Assist the BSA officer with monthly IRA Distributions.

7. Review closed accounts to ensure all debit cards and online accounts are closed to prevent fraud.

8. Review loan maintenance and conduct audits for accuracy.

9. Check AFS (Advanced Fraud Solutions) and mPowered for one-time ACH transaction fraud 10. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic Excel knowledge required
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
