Job Title: Risk & Compliance Tower Lead (Remote)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Tower Lead to manage governance, compliance processes, and risk controls across the service landscape. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end compliance operations, drive audit readiness, and act as the SPOC for escalations and governance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Risk & Compliance tower and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Manage governance reviews, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
• Monitor compliance gaps, define corrective actions, and implement process improvements.
• Support audit activities and maintain required documentation.
• Oversee policy compliance, SOP updates, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Governance roles.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, compliance standards, and control processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams or serving as a tower/SPOC lead.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Good to Have:

• Experience in SOX, ISO, or regulatory compliance environments.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CISA, CRISC, or related.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
