We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic intern to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing newly implemented internal and global tools for business units. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, support various Business Units, and contribute directly to operational efficiency!

About the Role:

As RIC tool management for business support Intern, you will be the key resource to ensure tool runs smoothly and effectively. You will be the go-to point of contact for business units helping them navigate the tool, track requests, feedback and provide valuable insights to RIC head through reporting.

If you love problem-solving, Analysis and have keen eye for detail and are an excel wizard. This role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Tool Management: Become an expert user of our new global and internal tools like SAMIS, Evidence Storage Tool, overseeing its operations, collating feedback and ensuring its optimal performance in coordination with RIC head.
• Business Unit support: Act as primary point of contact for business units, promptly addressing their queries and providing clear guidance on tool functionalities and best practice in alignment with RIC head.
• Evidence request follow-up: Efficiently manage and track evidence requests initiated through the tool, ensure timely response, report and completion.
• Performance monitoring and reporting: Regularly monitor tool activities, its usage, prepare insightful reports and updates for RIC head.
• Data Analysis: Leverage your strong excel skills to analyze data for the tool and also generated from the tool. Identify trends and support data driven improvements.

What are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft excel is must-have (Pivot, VLOOKUP’s and data visualization)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with knack for explaining topics clearly
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to tasks assigned.
• Ability to work collaboratively within team environment.
