We are looking for an  Risk & Internal Controls Expert to join our Internal Controls & Risk Management (ICRM) team and help shape how Jazz anticipates, understands, and manages risk in a rapidly changing digital environment.

This is not a traditional compliance role.

This position is designed for professionals who think beyond checklists — individuals who can connect strategy, business operations, technology, analytics, governance, cyber security, and financial impact to enable smarter and faster decision-making.

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across the Jazz ecosystem to strengthen enterprise resilience, improve governance visibility, evaluate emerging risks, and modernize risk management practices using analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Support enterprise-wide risk assessments, controls evaluations, risk registers, top risk reporting, heatmaps, and mitigation tracking across business and technology domains.
• Perform scenario analysis, stress testing, impact assessments, and risk quantification linked to revenue, EBITDA, operational continuity, customer experience, regulatory exposure, and strategic KPIs.
• Partner with teams across Technology, Information Security, Digital, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations, and Product functions to identify risks and strengthen controls.
• Prepare executive-level governance materials, dashboards, strategic risk insights, and Business Risk Committee updates for senior management and Group stakeholders.
• Contribute to enterprise governance forums through stakeholder coordination, action tracking, escalation management, and reporting oversight.
• Evaluate emerging risks related to AI adoption, cyber security, cloud transformation, telecom infrastructure, digital platforms, third-party/vendor ecosystems, operational resilience, and evolving regulatory environments.
• Leverage analytics, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve risk monitoring, reporting quality, controls visibility, and decision support.
• Contribute to strengthening Jazz's risk culture by promoting pragmatic, commercially aligned, and technology-enabled governance practices.
• Continuously explore modern approaches to risk management, controls testing, governance reporting, and enterprise resilience. 
  
  

We are looking for individuals who combine analytical depth, business understanding, curiosity, and a technology-first mindset.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, External Audit, Finance, Governance, Consulting, or related domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex risks into actionable business insights.
• Ability to assess business processes, identify control gaps, evaluate operational and strategic risks, and recommend practical improvements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environments.
• Curiosity around how AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies can transform risk management and governance practices.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive continuous improvement.

• Or related disciplines

Professional qualifications or certifications such as ACCA, ACA, MBA, CIA, CISA, CRMA, FRM, CISM, or equivalent will be considered an advantage, but are not mandatory.

Experience in any of the following areas will be highly valued:

• Big Four, consulting, telecom, fintech, financial services, technology, or large enterprise environments.
• Enterprise Risk Management and governance frameworks such as COSO ERM, ISO 31000, COBIT, NIST, or related standards.
• Governance reporting, controls testing, KRIs, dashboards, analytics, automation, GRC platforms, or risk quantification methodologies.
• Exposure to AI, cyber security, cloud ecosystems, digital platforms, telecom networks, vendor risk, operational resilience, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Python, advanced Excel, RPA solutions, GRC tools, or AI-enabled productivity/reporting tools.
