Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Director to lead enterprise risk initiatives, oversee compliance frameworks, and align risk strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to deliver robust risk management solutions that protect assets and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Strategy: Define and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and corporate governance requirements.
• Operational Risk: Identify risks across property development, finance, and operations.
• Financial Risk: Oversee credit, market, and investment risk assessments.
• Enterprise Risk Reporting: Develop transparent reporting systems for executives and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and internal teams to align risk strategies with business objectives.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of digital risk management tools and predictive analytics.
• Team Leadership: Mentor risk professionals and foster a culture of accountability and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of risk management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and GCC regulatory environments.
• Expertise in enterprise risk management (ERM), compliance, and corporate governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in real estate or property development organizations preferred.

Pay: RO3,000.000 - RO4,500.000 per month

Work Location: In person
