Risk Monitoring Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Risk Monitoring Executive to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for individuals with good understanding of risk monitoring, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing carrier profile and keeping them to good standing for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review ELD systems for harsh events.
• Review ELD for daily monitoring and Violation
• Monthly HOS Audit Report
• Coaching and guiding drivers regarding HOS rules
• Coordinate with clients and drivers for incidents reports
• Collaborate with clients to optimize fleet management and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong exposure to Salesforce.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, client relations, or a similar role.
• Excellent telephone communication skills with a strong emphasis on professional calling etiquette.
• Fluency in English, Punjabi, and Urdu is required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Technical Requirements:

• A reliable laptop or desktop computer with sufficient processing power for remote work.
• A stable internet connection with the speed required for video conferencing and communication.
• Backup electricity solution (e.g., UPS) to ensure uninterrupted work during power outages.
