Risk Officer

A full-cycle service provider in the cryptocurrency market, specializing in market making, listing, tokenomics, and marketing support for projects at various stages of development, is looking to strengthen its team with a Risk Officer.

Responsibilities:

Support and develop the risk management framework in accordance with VARA requirements;

Assess and monitor key risks, including operational, market, liquidity, counterparty, cyber threats, and compliance risks;

Prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors and CEO;

Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis;

Collaborate with internal and external auditors, regulators, and top management.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in risk management within financial or fintech industries;

Knowledge of VARA regulatory requirements or similar jurisdictions;

Deep understanding of risks associated with virtual assets;

Proven experience in reporting to boards of directors and implementing control systems;

Fluency in both Russian and English (written and spoken).
