Title : Construction Analyst Sr. Location: Pittsburgh, PA Position Type : Contract Compensation Pay Range:$56.43-$80.61 Per Hr Summary: Join our team in the Pittsburgh, PA area as a Construction Analyst Sr. on a contract basis. This role involves managing project invoicing, tracking contractor expenses, and supporting financial reporting. The position requires proficiency in spreadsheet software and other generic financial tools. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee project invoicing processes. Track and monitor contractor and vendor invoices efficiently. Coordinate with field accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting. Monitor third-party contractor spend and project costs. Assist in project closeouts to ensure smooth transitions. Qualifications 10 15 years of relevant experience in project invoicing. Experience in supporting large-scale projects. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment. Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams. Organized and detail-oriented in managing multiple tasks.
