Director, ERP TransformationWe are seeking a Director of ERP Transformation to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and drive the successful implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics platform. This role reports to the Vice President of Application Development and Delivery.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics solutions across the organization.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, critical paths, resourcing, and dependency maps.
- Manage project financials, providing weekly updates on actual spend, estimates to complete, and forecasted totals.
- Coordinate work across outsourced consulting partners and internal teams.
- Maintain comprehensive project risk registers and mitigation strategies.
- Build and sustain strong vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.
- Implement and refine project management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and executive stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and proactively implement corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology programs across multiple business units and geographic regions.
- Strong background in program management and digital transformation leadership.
- Extensive, recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, Field Services, FP&O, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting.
- Thought leadership in evaluating business and technology challenges.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to serve as a consultative partner to business stakeholders, with solid understanding of business processes.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Experience leading geographically distributed and outsourced project teams.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for program outcomes.
- Strong vendor management experience, particularly with large consulting firms.
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or technology leadership roles.
