Position Summary

Here at Riverside the maintenance team is the backbone of operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while taking care of the facility as well. Maintenance mechanics/technicians are the “Jack of All Trades” maintaining equipment mechanically, electrically and at times improving the process. Perseverance and ingenuity are the key elements for success and we are looking for the right candidate with the skill sets and attitude to help us get to the next level

What You’ll Do:

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred or a strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn
• Experience with a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Welding experience preferred but not required.
• Drive to succeed.
• Safety mindset with ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and work in a drug and alcohol free workplace.
