Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding and addressing client needs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the loan processing journey. Additional duties include promoting lending solutions, providing financial guidance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Source new customers through field visits and calls
• Achieve monthly business and sales targets
• Collect, verify, and submit customer documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals
• Maintain daily reports and update CRM/trackers

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer handling ability
• Basic computer knowledge

Salary

• Up to ₹2.4 LPA
