Big Cart Corporation (DBA Avycon) is a small business focused on providing video surveillance products and custom designed electronic components to distributors. Our company is rapidly growing and in need of more help. We are looking for a self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, persistent & ambitious individual who has the passion and desire to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

Learn and gain a strong understanding of all company products

Transferring knowledge to both clients and team members

Manage, process, and perform return transactions and order entries from customers and our sales team

Verify and input pricing information accurately

Document and research inquiries or problems

Test equipment and software

Maintain customer relationships

Ideal candidate:

Background in video surveillance, CCTV, PC or IT Networking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with computers

Excellent problem solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility

Strong organizational and follow up skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
