RMC PLANT OPERATOR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable RMC Plant Operator to run our concrete mixing plant for our road, bridge, and dam projects. You will be responsible for making high-quality concrete using the plant’s computer system and ensuring it reaches the construction site on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the computerized batching plant (like Schwing Stetter or CP30,

M1 models) to mix cement, sand, stone, and water.

• Follow the exact "Design Mix" instructions given by the engineers to ensure the concrete is strong.
• Check the machine every morning to make sure it is clean and working smoothly.
• Coordinate with Transit Mixer (TM) drivers to load and dispatch concrete without any delays.
• Keep a daily record of how much cement, fly ash, and chemicals (admixtures) are used.
• Perform basic maintenance like greasing the machine and cleaning the mixer drum after work.
• Inform the senior manager immediately if the machine has a technical fault or breakdown.
• Follow all safety rules and keep the plant area neat and clean.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–8 years of experience as an RMC Plant Operator, preferably on Schwing Stetter or similar automated plants.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating batching software and basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical plant components.
• Knowledge: Understanding of different concrete grades (M20–M60) and the impact of admixtures on setting time.
• Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferable), or relevant certification in plant operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
