RMO Doctor

The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to patients, supporting senior doctors, and ensuring effective clinical management within the hospital. The role involves handling emergencies, patient monitoring, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care to patients in wards, ICU, and emergency departments
• Examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and initiate appropriate treatment
• Assist consultants and senior doctors during rounds, procedures, and surgeries
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in clinical condition
• Handle medical emergencies and provide first-line treatment
• Prescribe medications and ensure proper implementation of treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient care
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans

Qualification : MBBS

Experience

• Fresher or experienced MBBS doctors can apply
• Internship completion is mandatory

• Shift-based duty (day/night rotations as per hospital policy)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
