The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to patients, supporting senior doctors, and ensuring effective clinical management within the hospital. The role involves handling emergencies, patient monitoring, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate medical care to patients in wards, ICU, and emergency departments
- Examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and initiate appropriate treatment
- Assist consultants and senior doctors during rounds, procedures, and surgeries
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in clinical condition
- Handle medical emergencies and provide first-line treatment
- Prescribe medications and ensure proper implementation of treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient care
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans

Qualification : MBBS
Experience
- Fresher or experienced MBBS doctors can apply
