RN Administrator

Job Overview
We are seeking a capable Registered Nurse be the administrator of an In-home care Agency. The ideal candidate will possess experience in In-home care or skilled home care services. Although an RN is not required for this role, our company values itself on providing the best services possible. The administrator will have the strong support of our corporate office and have tremendous growth opportunity as they take this company to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing hiring of caregivers
• Assist in overseeing intake/admissions of new clients
• Assist in managing the scheduling of care
• Assist in training new caregivers on medication services
• Assist in supervising medication services provided
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations including HIPAA standards and infection control protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience as a manager/administrator in a healthcare setting
• A RN degree and experience practicing as a Registered Nurse

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
