You'll Do:

Support daily Labor & Delivery operations:

• Assist with staffing, patient flow, and clinical oversight
• Mentor and support bedside nursing staff
• Serve as a leadership presence during assigned shifts
• Help drive quality, patient satisfaction, and clinical excellence initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Current California RN License
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Minimum 2 years of Charge Nurse experience in Labor & Delivery
• BLS Certification

Preferred:

• Leadership experience
• Acute care hospital experience
• Shared Governance involvement
• Strong passion for maternal-child health and team development
