RN Case Manager

Position: Skilled PEDIATRIC Registered Nurse (RN)

Immediate Opening for RN's in Savannah, GA experienced in providing comprehensive healthcare services.

Job Summary:

The RN will be responsible for delivering full-service care to PEDIATRIC patient. This role requires a high level of expertise and proficiency in behavioral health support, G/J-Tube, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a valid RN licensure, a valid driver’s license, and must have completed a current TB test. Additionally, CPR/First Aid certification and a clean drug and background check are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to children with special needs, while building meaningful relationships within the community we serve.
• Execute tracheostomy care, oxygen/ventilation care, and other assigned healthcare duties.
• Adhere to all necessary safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and support staff.

Job Details:

• Employment Type: Employee W2
• RN Case Management: $150 per case
• Skilled Nursing: $58 - $62/hour (salary will be determined based on experience).
• Medical Specialties: Pediatric Home Health.
• Physical Setting: In-home care
• Weekly Schedule: 16-20 hrs per week
• COVID-19 Considerations: All employees are required to wear masks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid RN license
• Current TB Test
• Driver's license
• CPR/First Aid Certification Clean drug & background check
