Mon-Fri 8a-4p 40 hrs/wk

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact person and coordinator of medical supports for all assigned individuals.
• Perform heath care assessments and develop written health care plans.
• Consult with program staff on specific medical interventions, techniques and documentation requirements.
• Perform on-call responsibilities, as assigned by the Director of Nursing services

• Current Registered Nurse license with at least 4 years’ experience. At least two years working in the field of developmental disabilities preferred.
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
