Paramount Home Health is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to help support patients in their homes.

What You Will Do

• Visit patients for evaluations and skilled nursing care
• Write and update visit notes in Brightree within 24 hours
• Take part in team meetings and training sessions

What You Need

• Active Ohio RN license
• Experience with OASIS (helpful, but not required)
• At least 1 year of home care experience (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
• Ability to travel for weekly home visits and office meetings
